Accounts

To use RoadProfit, a company must create an account and designate at least one company admin. Company admins are responsible for managing user access within their company.

Subscriptions & Billing

RoadProfit plans are billed monthly or annually based on the plan selected. Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time by a company admin from billing settings.

Acceptable Use

RoadProfit is intended for legitimate fleet management operations. Accounts found to be used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes may be suspended.

Data Ownership

Data you enter into RoadProfit belongs to your company. We do not sell your operational or financial data to third parties.
