Do smaller plans get a stripped-down version of RoadProfit?
No. Every plan — including Starter — includes the complete RoadProfit platform: loads, drivers, fuel, maintenance, compliance, billing, factoring, and the full financial dashboard. Higher plans add truck/user capacity, faster support, and dedicated onboarding — never fewer tools.
What happens when I go over my plan's truck range?
You can upgrade to the next plan at any time from your billing settings — your data and history carry over automatically.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can change your billing interval at any time; the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
Who can manage billing for my company?
Only company admins can view or manage subscription and billing settings. Drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators cannot.
Is there a free trial?
There's no separate trial period today — plans are billed from the moment you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time.
