Getting Started
How do I get started?
Create a company account from the Get Started button, choose a plan, and you'll be able to add drivers, trucks, and loads right away.
Do I need a contract or long-term commitment?
No — plans are billed monthly or annually, and you can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings.
Is there a free trial?
There's no separate trial period today — plans are billed from the moment you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time.
Roles & Access
Can drivers and dispatchers use RoadProfit too?
Yes. Company admins can invite dispatchers, company drivers, and owner-operators, each with access scoped to their role.
Who can manage billing?
Only company admins can view or manage subscription and billing settings. Drivers, dispatchers, and owner-operators cannot.
What's the difference between a company driver and an owner-operator account?
Company drivers see a portal focused on their assigned loads and pay. Owner-operators see an additional layer covering their own equipment, fuel, maintenance, and settlements.
Data & Security
Is my data separated from other companies?
Yes — every company's data is isolated. Only your company's users can see your loads, drivers, and financials.
Can I export my data?
Reports within the dashboard reflect your operational and financial data in real time; company admins can review this at any time while signed in.
Billing
Do smaller plans get a stripped-down version of RoadProfit?
No. Every plan — including Starter — includes the complete RoadProfit platform: loads, drivers, fuel, maintenance, compliance, billing, factoring, and the full financial dashboard. Higher plans add truck/user capacity, faster support, and dedicated onboarding, never fewer tools.
What happens when I go over my plan's truck range?
You can upgrade to the next plan at any time from your billing settings — your data and history carry over automatically.
Can I switch between monthly and annual billing?
Yes, you can change your billing interval at any time; the change takes effect on your next billing cycle.
